Position : Data Recovery Associate (Technical Support)

Annual Salary : 4.5 Lacs P.A.

Experience : 2+ Years

Education : Any Graduate. Degree / Diploma in Computers or in Hardware Networking preferred.

Location: Gurgaon (WFH option available)

Job Responsibilities :

1. Handle Technical Support queries received through any channel (Web, Voice, Chat and Email) from customers mainly based out of US & Europe.
2. It is a blended process voice, chat and through web and agents are required to provide resolution through these medium.
3. To get positive reviews from customers.
4. Be able to achieve sales target for designated product on monthly basis.
5. Maintained minimum benchmark specified by Quality Department.

Role:

This role requires person to provide technical assistance to customers across the globe on Company software products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Any Graduate. Degree / Diploma in Computers or in Hardware Networking preferred.
2. Excellent English communication skills verbal & written
3. Should have experience in International process.
4. Should have Laptop or PC and Broadband connection with good speed.
