Support Engineer:-

Experience Required – 0-2 Yrs

Max Salary Per Annum – 4 Lacs

Positions – 2

Job Type – L1 + L2 Support, 24×7 shifts

Support Engineer responsibilities include:

  • Implementing integrations requested by customers
  • Deploying updates and fixes
  • Providing Level 2 technical support & robust troubleshooting
  • 24×7 Environment

Job brief:-

We are looking for a Support Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience.

Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.

Responsibilities:-

  • Implement integrations requested by customers
  • Deploy updates and fixes
  • Provide Level 2 technical support
  • Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
  • Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
  • Perform root cause analysis for production errors
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Develop Automation scripts.
  • Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
